You already have the full picture. This is what you act on it with.

Phone × Life

Your phone beside your sleep, your workouts and steps, and the time you commit in your calendar. On a child's phone, their school day too. Findings nothing else can produce: whether late phone nights are costing you sleep, how much of each workout the phone was actually in, whether meetings are where your attention quietly goes.

Your weekly report

A considered look back, every Monday evening. What moved, what held, and one thing worth carrying into the next week. Past weeks stay available, so you can see how one led to the next.

Limits and stopping

Set time limits on a single app, several at once, or a whole category such as social media, and choose to be stopped when you cross them. A screen instead of the app, with the choice still yours.

Your family

See each child's scores, sleep and school days on your own phone. They appear on their own, with nothing to switch on, once they are in your Family Sharing group with Screen Time turned on. Any parent or guardian in the group can see them from their own phone. See what parents see

The trial covers everything above, on monthly or annual. Nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel from the App Store at any point before then.

Shared with your family

Premium is shared through Apple's Family Sharing, so one subscription covers everyone in your group. There is no family tier and no per-child pricing.

Monthly or annual, with the annual saving about a third. Prices are set in the App Store, so the price you see there is the price for your country, in your currency, including any local tax. We do not publish a price list here, because the App Store is the only place it is guaranteed to be right for you.
